OPENING HOURS
The Advice and Counselling Service will be closed on the following dates for public holidays
Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June 2022
Monday 29th August 2022

During term time our reception is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm so you can call in and speak to our Frontline Team. We are based on the ground floor of the Geography Building at the rear of Geography Square. Alternatively you can call our Frontline team on 020 7882 8717 from 10am - 4pm Monday – Friday for general queries or information. Please be aware that our Frontline Team cannot provide specialist Welfare Advice or Immigration Advice over the phone. To receive advice you will need to use our Contact Form to send us your query, or to ask to book an appointment.
If you would like to request an appointment with a Counsellor or Mental Health Adviser please complete our Counselling Registration Form which you can access via MySIS (please click on the Student Services/SEC Online tab at the top and select ‘Submit a request for counselling’).
You can find information on our website about alternative sources of support for when we are closed, as well as help in a crisis.
OUR LOCATION
The Advice and Counselling Service is on the ground floor of the Geography Building, on the Mile End Campus. Our entrance is located on the west side of the Geography building. We are building number 27 on the campus map

To Submit a request for counselling or Mental Health Advice you will need to complete our Registration Form in MySIS, instead of using the form below, as we can process your enquiry quicker (please click on the Student Services/SEC Online tab at the top and select ‘Submit a request for counselling or mental health advice’).
